Please place your order by email to Sidney@dakotacom.net or calling the ranch, 520 394-0031. Please state your name & phone number slowly at the beginning of the message.

In your email please include your name/phone number/email address – questions/cut name/desired roast weight/number of packages of ground product.

Your order will be weighed up and an invoice sent for your final approval or changes. A delivery date and location will be coordinated.

WEIGHTs:

Everything is packaged by hand and double wrapped, NO machine packaging so weights are not consistent. A “chub” [plastic package for ground product] may weigh one pound, or 1.3. If you order 4 pounds of lean ground chuck that might be 3 packages.

DELIVERIES: We will coordinate deliveries to your area:

SIERRA VISTA: Scheduling made with a minimum 4 individual orders – $20 meeting in front of ACE hardware on Fry Blvd near Hwy 93

GREEN VALLEY: Winter time delivery coordinated off of I-19 $25 feeā€¦ to your door $50.

PHOENIX METRO AREA: Meeting drop off/pick up points are coordinated delivery fee $25….deliveries to your home $50

SHIPPING: Only cured product will be shipped – Summer Sausage/Beef Bacon/Pork Bacon + $5 handling + USPS Priority Mail to your zip Code. Shipped frozen PRIORITY, product will arrive defrosted – It is a cooked/smoked product and will not spoil during shipping. Place in refrigerator or refreeze upon receipt.
